EC Wise has several seasoned architects and lead engineers with deep Java development experience. Each of our leads has several years of experience with frameworks such as Spring and Tapestry, ORM tools such as Hibernate and iBatis, and integration protocols such as SOAP and RMI. Our staff is well versed in the J2EE specifications, available open source and proprietary libraries as well as their associated license implications. This means our solutions optimize reuse to reduce cost and simplify maintenance, while providing Management with clear visibility to licensing and vendor dependencies.

The Java Teams include extensive UI development expertise with Java Script, JSON and AJAX. Our teams have operational experience with Junit, Maven, ant, several J2EE application servers, and Continuous Integration toolsets such as Luntbuild and Cruise Control. We are competent installing new application servers, configuring automated build systems and implementing simple deployment processes.

Our leads are also cross-trained in .NET and PL/SQL, so technology choices can be prototyped and clearly evaluated.
